Baptist Women of the Pacific

The Baptist Women of the Pacific (BWP) is a union or network of Baptist women’s ministries from the south-west Pacific region. Their purpose is to connect, equip and mobilise the Baptist women of the Pacific, operating from the following underlying values: unity, fellowship, cultural diversity, Spirit-led and justice. The BWP operate under the umbrella of the Baptist World Alliance.

Baptist World Alliance (BWA)

Baptist World Alliance (BWA) is a global network body for Baptist churches. Within the BWA there is a women’s department called BWAW- Baptist World Alliance Women. This department is organised into seven continental unions of which Baptist Women of the Pacific (BWP) is one of those unions. BWAW networks 25 million Baptist sisters together across more than 150 countries for the glory of God and the good of people.

National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ)

The National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ) has a long and proud history promoting improvements to the quality of life of women, families and the community.  Their work focuses on realising the vision of a gender equal New Zealand by building understanding and driving action for gender equality. Baptist Women New Zealand are a member of the National Council of Women of New Zealand.
