Baptist Women Leaders Clusters
Throughout New Zealand we are encouraging women church leaders in Baptist contexts to gather together in clusters for support.
Tuakana – Teina mentoring program
Tuakana – Teina (older sister – younger sister) is a walking alongside so the conversation between two people is a two-way street. From a mentoring perspective this means there is not so much pressure on the mentor to be an expert but to listen well, to help unpack and together find steps forward.
